Welcome to IHSSConnect.com! Here, recipients of all ages can find caregivers throughout California that specialize in in-home care for individuals with impairments. From IHSS to WPCS to respite care and more, providers from every county in California can now easily showcase their skills, perform customizable searches for care positions and apply for jobs close to home with just a few clicks.
Providers can register for free to create a quick resume, get access to messages from recipients and reply to possible clients. To register, visit the homepage and select “I am a caregiver” or “I need a caregiver” depending on your needs.
Our platform is designed to be user-friendly, so here are some tips on how to connect.
How to Register and General Use Tips:
- First-time users must register with the site for free.
- After providers save their Account Information, scroll up to tap ☰ (User Dashboard) and then tap Provider Details to add/edit a provider resume for free. A subscription is not needed to complete provider details and is highly recommended.
- Once subscribed, recipients can scroll up and tap ☰ (User Dashboard) to find My Jobs to create and edit job posts that display in Search Jobs.
- Subscribed providers can use custom filters in Search Jobs to find caregiver jobs wherever they prefer to work in California.
- Subscribed recipients can use custom filters and advanced map view in Search Providers to find caregivers close to them. (Providers exact locations are not disclosed to protect their privacy)
- Providers can apply for unlimited jobs.
- Premiere-level subscribed providers can send a cover letter message when applying for jobs.
- Subscribed recipients can message any provider listed in Search Providers and post unlimited jobs.
- All subscribed users can favorite conversations, recommend providers and upload certifications and images directly to profiles, job ads, and within the messaging system.
